Now lets drill down into these statistics a little to get an indication on how the Muslim Traveller impacts on the Australian Tourism. We removed the regions that have low Muslim Population and retained others as this is a small number that covers a broad area of minority travelers from regions such as Sri Lanka, UAE, South Africa etc. Regions that have a strong Muslim Population. This is just to get an indication.
So now we can see a closer snapshot of what the Muslim Traveler brings in value to the Australian Tourism Industry. #MuslimTouristAustralia
With the regions of Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, India and Others selected. We see that the following statistics jump out:

So when you are now in the guesstimate of Statistics for Tourism. When you know that there are a decent number of Travelers that have a requirement for Halal Food and are happy to spend why would you not want to capture some of that revenue?
Halal Certification is a massive boost for Manufacturer's that are exporting Products under the Halal Certification into strong Muslim Economies overseas. So when the opportunity presents itself to secure a growing local population and tourist population with a need for Halal Food what do Australian Restaurants and Cafes have to lose?
