The concept for Firewater Grille is for patrons to enjoy an interactive dining experience, with decor designed to create a unique ambience that differs for each meal service.
All meats are sourced direct from Halal Certified Providers delivered fresh for the Firewater Grille team led by Head Chef Aaron to prepare for your enjoyment. Taking every care to meet the needs of every Diner as required.
Breakfast Buffet:
Breakfast includes a selection of Asian inspired dishes, freshly prepared omelettes and eggs -cooked to your liking, fresh fruit, assorted pastries and danishes, bread station, cold platters and more.
Lunch Buffet:
Monday to Friday, 12 noon to 2pm. Excluding Public Holidays.
Saturday & Sunday closed. Light Lunch available in the Lobby Bar from 2pm.
Enjoy a sumptuous selection of dishes including Asian inspired hot and cold choices, seafood, salads, soup of the day, cheese platter and desserts.
Dinner A La Carte: As a Gold Plate Award 2019 - Steakhouse BBQ or Grille
The menu has something for everyone. The grilled spanish chorizo or fresh Australian oysters are the perfect way to start. Steak lovers will delight in the five steaks on offer that come with a range of exquisite sauces. If you're after seafood, throw the net out with Barramundi or Tasmanian Salmon.
High Tea: Firewater Grille were a finalist for High Tea in the Gold Plate Awards of 2019.
